Times will be given out following the closing date. Please ensure you are available for the full day to avoid disappointment.
You will be expected to arrive 15 mins before your test time, and report to me/your examiners dressed ready for your test. If you have not been to Glebe Farm before please allow extra time in case you get lost.
If you are doing care first please report on foot with ponies in the trailers/wagons until needed. If you are riding first be ready to ride, the examiners may want to see you tack up.
Turnout for riders is beige/ cream jodhpurs, black or brown boots, short boots should have chaps or jodhpur clips, white shirt, pc tie, tweed or dark show jacket with pc badge on lapel, hat, gloves. Please bring a neutral colour waterproof or pony club jacket incase of bad weather and body protectors if you wish.
Ponies must be clean, tidy and plaited up with clean tack and Zetland numnah or other navy/ black/ white or brown numnah.
Parents are welcome to stay but I’m afraid you will not be able to watch the tests at close quarters. Tea/coffee will be available. Please leave dogs at home where possible to prevent any distractions.
The syllabuses are all on the https://pcuk.org/tests/. Please make sure your child is familiar with all the topics on their test and does some last minute revision. They are all perfectly capable but the examiners will expect them to have knowledge on all parts of their test and know the correct terminology etc to be able to pass them on the day so please help them with this as much as you can.
There is a dismounted rally on Friday 28th March. Please ensure you book onto it as Jo will be using it as a revision session so it is important to attend.

Withdrawal Date: 06/04/2025
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
