No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Additional Details
Please wear usual rally dress including a body protector and a non fixed peak hat. Groups allocated nearer the time – if you're travelling with someone else or have a time preference please say so in the Special Requests section and we'll try to oblige. Riding will start at noon.
Please note that this rally has been heavily subsidised by ZHPC to bring the cost down to something reasonable.
This rally is open to any member who fancies jumping on grass – there are showjumps there and also small logs etc so you don't need to be jumping any particular height to come along, just be happy trotting/cantering and popping small jumps and perhaps popping up and down the steps. As you'll know, there are larger fences there too so lots for everyone.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
