Refund minus an admin fee of £1.50 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Age of Competitor
This rally is open to all members aged 14 and over and also those who will have their 14th birthday in this calendar year.
Dress
Pony club rally dress please, hairnets are essential. Body protectors are advised but not compulsory.
On site Facilities
Please pick up any trace of droppings both in and around the arena and also in the parking area. We must look after the venue. So also no haynets please so we can leave the venue with nothng left behind.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
