Refund all entries in full any time up until the date of the event.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel no entries will be refunded. If the event needs to be cancelled for any reason all entries will be automatically moved to the next rally – or refunded at request

Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

• Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
