Refund minus an admin fee of £1.50 up until Withdrawal date. After the Withdrawal date only refund if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Pony Club XC safety & dress rules apply. Body Protectors WILL BE CHECKED FOR A 2018 LABEL (please note, 2009 label Body Protectors are no longer allowed), no fixed peak hats (all hats must be tagged with the PC 2024 pink tape – if your hat needs tagging, please contact Julia or Clive). We recommend suitably booting your horse/pony for XC.
Lyneham Heath Farm is situated to the West of Oxford, between Stow-on-the-Wold & Burford, just off the A361. There is good access and ample parking with a wash down bay. Be sure to book online before you come or risk being turned away.

For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
