If you have concerns about how your horse/pony will settle, please speak to Clare Pettitt. We have never had a horse or pony not settle on site at camp. If you need to change the horse/pony registered for camp (e.g. due to illness or finding a new mount), please contact Clare Pettitt first. We do not aim to make a profit from camp. Until we have final camp numbers, we cannot confirm bought in activities. The more campers we have, the more we can buy in. Similarly, off-site trips cannot be confirmed until we can assess overall income and confirm volunteer drivers. Additional detailed information (medical and dietary, sleeping arrangements, veterinary details and permission for any trips/activities) will be collected closer to the date of camp. Once final payment is made, we will send out a Camp Pack with lots of information, including key contacts and a packing list. HUGE THANKS to all our family volunteers who help to stage camp for our members. Without the support of these wonderful families, camp would either not be able to take place or be very much more expensive.
