Groups of 3 or 4 – so encourage your friends to come along and join you. Sessions will be for one hour and times will be confirmed once booking close.
Darsham’s Farm is an indoor venue.
Carers can watch the fun from the corner of the indoor arena. Bring hot drinks and blankets, and maybe even a chair!
Toilet available. Horse water available. Drinking water available. No dogs please. Non-riding children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.
First aid available during the rally will be covered by a trained SPC volunteer. Please carry your own small first aid kit containing pain relief, anti-sting cream/spray, etc. We cannot administer medication.
Parking is on concrete hardstanding and is tight. It will be supervised, but please turn your vehicle around ready to leave before parking. Do not block in any other vehicle. Please follow any directions given by the volunteer parking attendant. Please arrive no sooner than 30 minutes before your start time and leave promptly once your session has finished.
Please pick up horse droppings in the car park area and take them home with you. Leave haynets on the lorry/trailer.
Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the current year’s Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
