By booking a place on Teamwork Camp you agree to the below terms and conditions:-
The usual South Northumberland Pony Club rules for attendance at rallies apply. In particular:
● Body protectors to BETA 2018 (blue label) standard must be worn.
● Hats must be to current standard and tagged.
If your hat has not been tagged it is your responsibility to present it to the Chief Instructor or organisers before mounting to have it inspected and tagged.
It is intended that all ponies will travel daily. Please contact organisers if you NEED your pony to stay over and we will try to accommodate that.
A parent or other responsible adult must be present with the PC member during camp and organisers must be provided with details of who that person is (if different from details provided at point of booking).
That person remains responsible for the child for the duration of camp.
Please leave dogs at home.
All ponies must be up to date with their annual flu jab in accordance with PC Rules and passports must be available for inspection at camp. Following an incident of Equine Flu at a previous camp and to ensure all ponies are kept happy and healthy, ponies will not be able to participate in camp if they are not up-to-date.
All children should have attended at least 1 outdoor rally before camp so that the Chief Instructor can gauge ability and group children accordingly. If this is not possible (e.g. new members) please email SNPClittlecamp@gmail.com.
The same pony (as stated on booking) must be used throughout camp, save with prior approval of the Chief Instructor/organisers.
A drink and a biscuit/snack will be provided at morning break. If your child has any allergies or dietary requirements you must notify the organisers in advance by emailing SNPClittlecamp@gmail.com.
