Withdrawal Date: 30/06/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

What we would like to offer is two-day non-residential camp. The two days would very much follow the lines of senior camp, ie two riding sessions per day, some stable management training, a chance to do some pony club badges as well as doing their E Tests if they haven’t already done so. We would have our gazebo up, they would all have lunch provided on site each day and there would be toilet facilities available. Ponies would need to be brought each day as they would be no overnight stabling.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
