About this Event
Team Declarations and Pool Player Declarations for Pony Club Polo Entries 2025.
To be completed by Branch/Team (Langford & Gannon) Managers only.
All teams, part teams and pool players must be declared by 23rd July but preferably by 22nd April 2025 (if possible)
All players included must have made an individual Form A declaration before being included on an entry for a Friendly or Qualifier.
Form Bs for Hipwood and Rocksavage are to be completed on a different form, also on horse-events.

BOOKING
Branch managers must declare all their players on Form B if they are to be included in a team for the Qualifiers and championships.
Please choose section and relevant division:
Div 1 (higher level for more experienced players)
Div 2 (lower level for younger or less experienced players or mid level for Surtees)
Div 3/4 (lower level for younger and less experienced players Surtees only)
They must be declared either under the Team tab as a complete pony club branch team (4 players), or a part pony club branch team (2 or 3 players) or under the Pool Player tab as an individual pool player. If you have 4 members for 1 section, but you feel that they suited to different divisions, then please fill in the part team section as opposed to the full team section.
On the Form B you can only declare players from your own pony club branch in a team and in their correct age group. There is an option to identify any players from another Pony Club branch that you would like to complete the team, if approved by the relevant Section Manager or for individual pool players there is an option to express a preference of a team you would like your player to join, if approved. Players not planning on going to the Qualifiers or Championships and only attending training or friendlies do not need to be declared on Form B, only Form A.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
