Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 05/08/2024
Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Location
Additional Details
Group 1 8 yrs old and under, at 4 pm- for those walking and trotting confidently off the lead rein and jumping small fences (with assistance). Can take older riders not confident in canter.
Group 2 5 pm start- 9 years old+ riders confident in walk, trot and canter and jumping 50 cms plus with confidence. Target height 60-75 cms
No prior competition experience necessary in either group, but it will help!
After the ridden session there will be 30 minutes of Horse and Pony care tailored to eventing covering: entries, fitness, learning and riding a dressage test, course walking and staying sound, with one of our younger coaches.

Dress
Pony Club attire. Long hair tied back securely, hair net preferred. Back protecter essential.
Rules
Rules reminder:
- Please drive with care when arriving at venues and as slow as possible. Better to be late for a lesson than risk injury to animals or humans.
- No hay nets tied to outside of lorries or trailers.
- All poos must be picked up before leaving.
- No horses tied for long enough to dig holes!
- No loose dogs.
- No parking on grass unless directed.
- Sensible parking to allow thoroughfare for others and emergency vehicles.
- Jumps/venue to be left as found.
- Dress: no hoodies, long hair MUST be tied up really securely, hair nets preferred.
SOWER HILL: STRICTLY NO DOGS ALLOWED. Please ensure you pass this on to all entries.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
