Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Lead reins – 10.00am (Prompt) Trail ride followed by the Easter Egg Hunt & games in the orchard
Off lead rein – 10.00am Easter Egg Hunt & games in the orchard followed by the trail ride (This group is to be mounted ready for 11.00am)
Parents or a helper will be required to walk the trail ride with their child if on a lead rein.
Dress
Easter fancy dress is optional but encouraged.

Make sure you get to East Hendred before setting postcode – otherwise it takes you to Harwell Science Park!!
