In the unfortunate event of having to cancel the rally, we will offer an alternative date, and all entries will automatically be transferred over. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date a refund will be issued.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

• Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
