About this Rally

Halloween Fun & Games Rally, Friday November 1st from 11.30 – 1.30 at the newly refurbished British Racing School Indoor Arena.

Fancy Dress competition, gymkhana Games & Cake eating spooky fun with your friends.

Suitable for the younger junior members & those on the leid rein.

Limited to 18 places.

Halloween Fancy Dress morning of Fun & Games Read More…

The Halloween Rally is a morning of fun and games with your friends and is suitable for all the younger junior members & those on the leid rein.
It will run from from 11.30 am – 1.30 pm at the newly refurbished British Racing School INDOOR Arena so warm and cozy!

The morning begins with a Halloween Fancy Dress competition (ponies & parents can be included too!)
Some of your spooky kit can then be taken off before the games begin. There will be a cake eating and strawberry lace eating break half way through to allow you to get your breath back (cakes provided but I promise I won’t make them!) but please BRING YOUR OWN DRINKS.

Please book and come and join the fun – rosettes for all!

Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No refunds at any time.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

After the closing date please contact the event Organiser dc.newmarketthurlow@pcuk.org to make any changes

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser dc.newmarketthurlow@pcuk.org

Vaccination Policy

All Pony vaccination certificates/passports must be checked and passed by Victoria Murrell well in advance of the rally.

Please email a copy showing ALL vaccination details on passport to vjadelawson@yahoo.com.

Please do not forget to send an updated copy when your pony has a booster.

If the ponies passport has not been checked your pony will not be allowed to attend.

Parking

Park in the main car park.

Please keep ramps closed while you are in the arena.

Once on your pony please leave the car park at the bottom corner and make your way to the arena along the road way alongside the stables.

Please collect ALL droppings and spilt hay (even on the road to the arena please) & take home with you.

Dress

‘Halloween Fancy Dress’ but pony club approved crash hats (with pink PC tag) are compulsory, if body protectors are worn they must be to current PC standard, suitable footwear, long sleeved top.

Please feel free to ‘change’ after the Fancy dress competition if you would like too.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
