ENTRIES CLOSE 31.10.2024 DUE TO ROSETTES ORDERING. EVERYONE WILL RECEIVE ONE OF OUR WONDERFUL ROSETTES.

Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 31/10/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel no entries will be refunded. In the unfortunate event that this event gets cancelled it will be transferred to a new date. If you are unable to attend the new date a 50% refund will be given.
After the closing date please contact the event Organiser northstaffordshire@pcuk.org to make any changes
Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser northstaffordshire@pcuk.org

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
