For the fun gymnastic jumping, you will be put into small groups of a similar standard, lasting an hour to an hour and a half. Please indicate in the “level training at” section if you are happy jumping a grid of 20-40cm, 45-60cm, 65-80cm or 85-100cm. If you would like to be in a group with a particular friend who is jumping the same height please also indicate this on the form.
We are running a spurs assessment alongside the rally. You will be assessed during the rally. Those wishing to do the spurs test should have already contacted me by What’s App. Those wishing to do the spurs test will also need to be available for an evening zoom theory session one evening TBC. The spurs group are likely to have a 9am start.
You will all be informed of your times once the booking has closed (2 weeks before the event)
