The Fetlock Ball began over 30 years ago and has become one of the most popular teenage balls in the country, many of our current parents attended the Fetlock! Taking place in the Easter holidays, the Fetlock is a Black Tie party for approximately 450 young people in Years 9 & 10 at The Ark Nightclub in Newmarket. Run by a committee, the Fetlock is the largest annual fundraiser for the Newmarket and Thurlow Pony Club and is proud to donate part of the proceeds to charity. This year we have chosen Riding for the Disabled and / Tom’s Trust.
The 2025 Fetlock Ball will take place on Tuesday 8th April at the Ark Nightclub in Newmarket. The Fetlock is open to only children in years 9 & 10.
Tickets: £45 for NTPC members / £55 non-members
Time: 8.30pm-Midnight
Dress: Black Tie
Each year the tickets sell out in record time so this year we would like to offer our members the chance to purchase a ticket on Horse-events (in the rally section) at a reduced price. We can only offer ONE ticket per N&T member and tickets are only available to years 9 & 10.
Tickets will become available on Horse-events on Tuesday 28th January and will close on Monday 24th February. NO TICKETS CAN BE ISSUED AFTER THE CLOSING DATE.
If you have friends who are not NTPC members please direct them to www.eventbrite.com. Tickets are priced at £55 for non-members. The Eventbrite tickets will go on sale in two batches; the first on Sunday 2nd February at 10am and the second on Sunday 2nd March at 10am.

Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
