Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.
Non-refundable sessions: Once booked, all sessions for the term course are non-refundable. If a member misses a session or decides to withdraw from the team training, no refund will be provided. In exceptional circumstances, the District Commissioner (DC) may use discretion to issue a refund. Please communicate with the DC regarding any special circumstances that may warrant consideration. No refunds will be issued if a training session is cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the Pony Club, such as illness, adverse weather conditions, or power interruptions. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to team training.

For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
