Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

Withdrawal Date: 27/03/2025


Refund before Withdrawal date in Full (minus any booking fees). After Withdrawal date only if a vet/medical certificate is sent to Horse Events by the date of the event.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Additional Details

C/C+, B – starting at 9.30am. D/D+ – starting at 11.45am. All timings may be adjusted depending on numbers. These test preparation rallies are aimed at improving the rider’s knowledge in all areas. The lessons are structured to cover all of the requirements of the assessments in a friendly environment and we welcome all members working towards these assessments either in 2025 or after, or you can just come along to improve your riding and stable-management skills. Members will only be entered for assessments when instructors feel they are ready.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.

Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
