No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Additional Details
It is really important for riders to be straight and balanced in the saddle. This helps the horse to perform well, it keeps the rider secure in the saddle, helps the rider to learn and progress and straightness is a requirement at all Pony Club tests.
Come and find out how straight you are on “Tallulah” the Simulator at Tilefield Equestrian. As part of these sessions you will get an analysis of your position. You will get both video feedback and you will see the information from the sensors on the simulator.
Amanda will help you to feel and understand where you are asymmetrical and you will feel the difference in your body when you are straight. Focus will be placed on the position and movement of the pelvis in the saddle and you will also learn about the position of your shoulders, backs, knees, ankles and feet depending on the needs of each individual rider. Video feedback will be used as this can help you to learn.
Members working towards their C+ and B / B+ test will take priority but this rally is open to all over 8 yrs. of age.
To get the best of out of these sessions it would be extremely beneficial to do all 3 so there is a discount if you can sign up in advance. If you would like to attend a single session on one of the above listed dates at £25 per session please email Amanda Barton and we will arrange for this to be added to horse events.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
