Refunds
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.

In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of [admin-fee] (Booking fees are non refundable)

Location
Booking a Rally
MUST BE A FULLY PAID MEMBER IN ORDER TO TAKE PART AND BOOK A PLACE ON THESE RALLIES
Each of the rallies are described with Date, Time and Locations.
Booking fee: There is a £1 – £2 non refundable booking fee for each space booked.
There is a booking fee applicable for each rally but this is taken into consideration with the rally cost.
Guidelines to be followed by all parents and children attending NCHPC Training.
A maximum of 6 people can be in one gathering/in the riding arena eg : 1 coach, 1 first aider, 4 members.
We have allowed a 15 minute hand-over period to allow members to leave the teaching area and the organiser will then indicate to the next session that the area is clear to enter.
Members must be tacked up and waiting beside their vehicle until called to enter the arena to avoid delays. If you can, please try to travel tacked up.
Only members of the same family should travel to the rally together. We would prefer only one member of the family to accompany the riding member and that siblings are left at home where possible.
Parents/driver/groom/siblings must stay 2m clear on the outside of the teaching area (and preferably in their own vehicles).
No dogs.
Stirrup length and girths must be checked by the riders accompanying person before starting the lesson.
Do not help with poo picking and pole lifting, this will be done by the coach in the arena. However please ensure the area around your trailer/lorry is cleared before you leave.
Parking of vehicles must be 5-10 metres apart.
All attendees at the training must observe the 2 metre rule.
All payments for training must be made in advance online, no cash will be accepted on the day.
PPE will be provided for the first aider only. Please ensure you use hand washing or hand sanitiser before and after the session.
No photography on social media please, unless approved.
Please respect the venue we are using by not touching gates or fencing etc where possible. Be aware that there will be no toilet facilities so you must make your own provision for this.
Vaccinations acceptable within the 12 month period.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines will mean future training sessions may be cancelled / or members barred from taking part in future activities.
