In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Please be aware that we will expect all participants to volunteer to help with line stewarding and other volunteer jobs for this competition. Please do not enter if you are unwilling to help!
This is a major fundraiser for Area 9 so we would like to offer some good support to the organisers.
We hope to secure sufficient team spaces and with that in mind are opening up 2 JN and 2 Senior team spaces and also 1 Junior team. We will confirm on Saturday if we are definitely able to enter this many teams.
All final details will be communicated via our usual group chat.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
