Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 12/02/2025
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
After the closing date no refunds will be made without a Doctors or Vets certificate produced no later than 24 hours after the event.
If produced after this no refunds will be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Additional Details
From January 1st 2025, any member wishing to ride with spurs MUST have achieved their C+ Riding Test or passed the Spurs Test. Members who pass the test or have attained their C+ test will be given a yellow hat tag to wear. Without this hat tag you will not be allowed to wear spurs at ANY pc event.
This training session is open to all members who wish to wear spurs this year.
The training involves dismounted and mounted sessions, please remember to bring your spurs.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
