No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
After the closing date no refunds will be made without a Doctors or Vets certificate produced no later than 24 hours after the event.
If produced after this no refunds will be given.

- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
