Before this date full refunds to be given. After the closing date no refunds will be made without a Doctors or Vets certificate produced no later than 24 hours after the event. If produced after this no refunds will be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Our branch subsidizes the cost of all day rallies so the cost for this rally is £10 Entries can only be made online at www.horse-events.co.uk Closing date 15th May. Dress code cream / beige jods, shirt & tie, jackets
Please arrive at 10.30am and be ready to ride at 11am. There will be a morning and afternoon session of mounted activities, with an hour’s lunch break at 12.30 Please bring something to share for a pooled lunch Don’t forget hay and water for your pony. The day will finish at approximately 3pm
CODES OF CONDUCT: The Pony Club is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all its members and the highest ideals of sportsmanship, citizenship and loyalty, to create strength of character and self-discipline.
The Pony Club believes that it is important that members, parents / guardians, officials, volunteers and coaches
should, at all times, show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others. All members, parents, coaches and volunteers should have signed the relevant Code of Conduct.
LEGAL LIABILITY: Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Organisers of any event to which these rules apply, nor the Pony Club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever
HEALTH, SAFETY & WELFARE: The Organisers of this Event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all the Officials and Stewards.
BIOSECURITY: Passports and Equine Influenza: A reminder that any horse or pony attending a Pony Club activity must be accompanied by their passport. The first and second Equine Flu vaccination injections must have been given and, if needed, correct subsequent booster injections. The Pony Club/BEF’s rules will apply and Passports will be spot checked to ensure all horses/ponies are up-to-date with their annual vaccinations. Those not complying will be turned away. Please have your pony/horse’s passport with you and be ready to show the immunisation schedule
