Arrival: Please arrive in good time to ensure that you are ready for the start of your rally. Code of Conduct: Please ensure that you follow the Pony Club Code of Conduct. Details can be found here where you can also sign that you agree to comply with it. Dress Code: You can wear a white shirt and tie or a Hursley polo or rugby shirt at team trainings and rallies, please always wear plain cream, white or dark jodphurs. As far as your ponies/horses are concerned, always go for the plain option – numnahs with any writing or coloured piping are not allowed, and neither are decorated brow-bands. Club kit can be purchased here. Respect the Venue: We are priviledged to use a large number of venues to host our rallies and competitions. Please ensure that you park considerately and collect all droppings and hay from the arena and the parking area
Junior Camp – £400.00 – Non Residential from Monday 4th to Friday 8th August – Packed Lunch Required each day – Ponies to be brought to and from the camp daily. Alternatively overnight stabling is available and there is an additional charge of £35 for this. It will still be your responsibility to muck out, feed etc. Straw bedding and hay will be provided. Our stable yard team will do late night checks and give the ponies prefilled hay nets etc if required. – All feeds, water and food buckets etc etc will need to be brought with you as will Mucking out equipment. Senior Camp – £500.00 – Residential from Sunday 3th to Friday 8th August – Ponies and members arrive on the Sunday afternoon. – Breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner and snacks during the day provided. – Ponies are stabled on site for the week. Straw bedding and hay are provided. Under supervision campers will be responsible for mucking out, feeding etc. Our stable yard team will do late night checks and give the ponies prefilled hay nets etc if required. – All feeds, water and food buckets etc etc will need to be brought with you as will mucking out equipment.
Full kit lists and other information will be sent out in due course to all of those that are attending our camps.
The cost of each camp are as follows: Junior Camp: £400.00 Senior Camp: £500.00 Following payment of the £25 deposit there will be stage payments as follows: First payment: By 31/05/2025 – £187.50 for Junior Camp and £237.50 for Senior Camp Second stage payment: By 15/07/2025 – £187.50 for Junior Camp and £237.50 for Senior Camp We also recognise that some people may prefer a different payment plan. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
