We have our normal main camp for 5 days, 4 days of fully instructed lessons and a final day for a competition. Horses will be stabled overnight for 5 nights. This is aimed at all our members who are off the lead rein. Members should have a basic understanding and ability to look after their own horse/pony. Things like tacking up, tying up, mucking out, mounting and dismounted etc. we do have helpers but they are not expected to do it all. Members under the age of 8 will need an adult to stay with them through camp. The cost of this camp this year is £330 this includes a two-course cooked lunch served by Thaymars, stable, hay and straw.

We have our mini camp which is 3 slightly shorter days fully instructed and a final day for a competition. Ponies will be stabled overnight for four nights. This is aimed at our younger members who are either on the lead rein or just off the lead rein. Parents are expected to stay and help every day. The cost for this camp is £250 this includes a two-course cooked lunch served by Thaymars, stable, hay and straw.

We have our 2-day camp which is for those aged 15 plus (as of the 1st Jan 2025). Horses will be stabled for two nights. This is aimed at those who might not be able to get a full week free for example those who work or have other commitments or those out competing at a higher level. There is also the option to join us for the Friday competition if you wish. We have Lisa Morris and Sam York joining us for this. The cost for this camp is £120 this includes a two-course cooked lunch served by Thaymars, stable, hay and straw. Your lessons are then added on extra.

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

This deposit secures your place at your chosen camp. Your deposit is non refundable after the 16th May. We then require 50% of you final bill by the 12th June. Your full bill should be payed by the 12th July. To pay the rest of your bill we will be accepting bank transfers so you are not charged more booking fees through horse events. You can pay in full or in as many instalments as you like by bank transfer, and Emily Woodcock will kindly help you keep track of payments. The clubs bank details are as followed. Grove Hunt Pony Club Sort Code: 601728 Account Number: 77731980 Ref: Camp (members name). After the 12th July refunds will only be issued if place can be filled minus deposit.
Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
