Arena 1 – this class will run after the 80cms in Arena 2; all PC ages. Single phase with second half of the course timed.

Please use this booking to enter the classes you wish to compete at on the 26th October – we shall then submit a single entry to the organisers on behalf of everyone and let you know the team arrangements a little nearer the time. Individual entries are also very welcome. Thank you.
➡As a general rule, turnout of ponies and riders needs to rival that of the Household Cavalry please and absolutely no bling – whether on riders or horses! ➡Spotlessly clean ponies – PLAITED please if riding in the 70cms classes or above (otherwise optional, but always looks fabulous!) ; ➡CLEAN tack – bridle and saddle – including girths and stirrup treads please; ➡Saddle cloths – all being well we will have our Branch saddle cloths available for all – should you wish to use your own, they should be plain white, absolutely NO logos or branding UNLESS the saddle cloth has been awarded at the Pony Club Championships in prior years and supports the sponsors from that time. Piping in a contrasting colour is permitted; ➡Jodhpurs – must be white, fawn, beige, canary or light grey in colour. Dark coloured contrast seats are permitted. ➡White shirt with Pony Club tie – members 14 years and older may wear a stock and stock pin with a stock shirt; ➡Hacking jacket, blue or black jacket with Pony Club badge and your current felt underneath; ➡Clean and polished boots – plain black or brown half chaps may be worn with jodhpur boots of the same colour; ➡Hairnets with dark blue or black scrunchie NO earrings – only medical jewellery is permitted. No other jewellery is allowed for safety reasons, other than a wrist watch, a wedding ring, a stock pin worn horizontally or a tie clip; ➡Whips – short jump sticks (please ensure these comply with the current rule) ➡Gloves – plain and dark coloured ➡Hats must be tagged with the current pink tags – no hat cameras or other recording devices; ➡Hat silks – dark blue, black or brown only – plain, no accessories, including pompoms; ➡Passports – spot checks may be undertaken – please ensure you bring them; ➡Number bibs and numbers – 3 copies to be printed at home once times and numbers announced. Having read through all of the above, we don’t want members to feel under any pressure to rush out and buy any new saddlery or equipment – the emphasis at Pony Club is always that what is worn should be clean, neat, tidy and correctly fitted. If you haven’t got something mentioned above, we do have a number of spare items, including ties, pony club badges, scrunchies etc. so please get in touch first to see if we can help.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
