In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

- Our Spring Camp is non-residential, with ponies and riders coming in each day – a parent or guardian must remain on site at all times;
- Each day will begin promptly at 0830 and finish at approximately 1600, with a break for lunch;
- A parent / guardian is required to remain on site throughout each day and any non-riding siblings/camp participants must be fully supervised when not under instruction;
- Ponies will need to be physically fit and well shod, or with feet trimmed;
- Members are required to have attended a minimum of three rallies prior to Spring Camp;
- Everyone is invited to bring their own packed lunch each day which we will eat together as a camp picnic;
- During the periods of unmounted instruction, and during lunch, ponies will also need to be supervised and secured to a horse box or trailer which is attached to its pulling vehicle (there are no stables available to accommodate ponies)
- Dogs must be kept on short leads and supervised at all times
- Please observe all signs and instruction from camp committee regarding the camp layout and horse traffic etc
Liability: Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
