Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Additional Details
This rally will consist of an hours riding and an hours stable management followed by an Easter Egg hunt. A fun Easter Rally for our Junior Members to practice their riding and catch up with their friends! If you are in the afternoon session which will run approximately 12-2 you will be told to arrive before so that all the children can partake in the Easter Egg hunt together. Please park sensibly and ensure everything is clean and tidy by your trailer. Riding times will be 10:00 – 12:00 13:00 to 14:00
Dress
Either Beige or dark, coloured Jods and a PC sweatshirt or Easter Fancy Dress! – correct riding boots and hats must be worn underneath!

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
