Withdrawal Date: 05/04/2025
Refund minus an admin fee of £2.50 up until Withdrawal date.
If you cancel after closing date you will be charged 50% of the rally cost. Cancellations with less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the rally fee. If it is a Stable Management rally (£5) all cost will be charged.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full including any booking fees paid.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
