Non refundable deposit on booking
Refund only if place filled any refunds due will be authorised by the organiser for Horse Events to issue.
2 weeks before no refund
4 weeks before refund minus the deposit if a DR/Vet letter given
If Somerford cancel there will be a refund – details to follow if this happens
If the camp runs no fee returned – Somerford very rarely cancel they offer arenas and the water if the XC is not usable due to wet weather

Farm ride /hook up booked directly with Somerford
Arrival after 6pm on the 6th

Leave by 4pm on the 8th
Open to any branch member – last year we had 15 different branches attending, and eventing up to 2 star/BE Novice/Intermediate level groups. We can accommodate most levels of experience. All coaches have competed and taught to very high levels.
Deposit £100 due now. – non- refundable.
Full payment by Feb 1st 2025 – remainder £140
full refund only if place filled.
No refund within 2 weeks of the camp

This is a camp where parents need to stay. – its not a drop and go.
You can bring more that 1 horse.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
