No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Hour long slots for aprrox 4/5 members per lesson doing a mixture of flat, jump, poles etc
In an outdoor arena so could be weather dependent
Times and details will be emailed out in the week running up to the day
Correct rally attire to be worn – a list can be found on our brnch website.
Hats tagged to the correct standard and body protectors if wish to be worn to be of correct standard

Entries are only accepted on this basis.

For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
