In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full including any booking fees paid.

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser burton@pcuk.org
Some of the badges are more difficult than others, if you are unsure which are suitable for your child please contact Helen at h.g.a.stanton@gmail.com
As a general guide, mini badges are aimed at primary school age, achievement badges are up to C/C+ level and Advanced are for older, more experienced members.
A member can do more than one badge for each topic, e.g. both the mini and achievement badges. Badges will be awarded at the presentation evening. Please enter an email address for worksheets to be sent to, these need to be returned by 08/01/25 at the very latest please.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
