In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full including any booking fees paid.

Additional Details
As a general guide mini badges are suitable for primary school aged members, achievement badges are up to approx C/C+ test and advanced badges are for older, experienced members. Please ask if you are unsure which to do. More than one badge can be done for each subject e.g. both the mini and achievement or all 3. Worksheets will be emailed out to the given address, these need completing and returning by 08/01/2025 at the latest. Badges will be awarded at our presentation evening. Please select the correct option below, these options allow for multiple badge selection, or just one.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
