In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full including any booking fees paid.

Additional Details
Presentation evening for 2024, open to all mini and junior members, siblings and family.
£5 per ticket for members and £5 for each child ticket (sibling etc) after that.
The ticket price includes disco entertainment and dinner/cake.
Adults do not need to buy a ticket but can make a small donation towards hot refreshments and cake on the day.
Party and presentation is 3-5pm to ensure all members can attend.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
- Run under the Current years Pony Club Rule Book. Entry is taken as acceptance of these rules.
