Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 20/12/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees
After the closing date please contact the event Organiser badsworth@pcuk.org to make any changes
Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser badsworth@pcuk.org

Terms and Conditions
Please note this is an assessment day only and does NOT incorporate any training. Please make yourself aware of the syllabus for the level you are wishing to be tested at to ensure that you are capable of completing both the riding and Pony Care sections.
The main Pony Club website (see below) is where these syllabuses can be found. The Pony Club manual contains all the theory/knowledge required to complete the pony care sections and should be referred to where necessary.
The minimum age for the tests is as follows: D+ (Age 10) C (Age 11) C+ (Age 13)
In the case of the Spurs assessment test preference will be given to those members who have attended the spurs badge training given previously.
