Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes
Withdrawal Date: 03/11/2024
No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £0.40 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Organiser area14@pcuk.org
Entry information
Cost: £65 for each block of 6 lessons – Payment required on booking. (there will be 4 blocks in total and each 6 week block will cover 2 sections of the assessment and can be booked separately. There is no commitment to complete all 4 blocks of lessons)
Additional Details
These online lessons will take place weekly on a Wednesday at 7pm for 1-1 1⁄2 hours. Dates: 6/11, 13/11, 20/11, 27/11, 4/12, 11/12
The course will start on 6th November and finish mid-May. There will also be a minimum of 4 full day practical training days that will be planned in for half terms/holidays.
The AH exam will be arranged for September 2025 giving members plenty of time to top up their practical work experience over the holidays / weekends and summer.
The sessions will be recorded, so if you cannot make it ‘live’ I can email you the recording to watch in your own time meaning you won’t miss out on any of the content.
The course has been set up for Area 14 members, but we welcome all members from across the country – in the past couple of years this included Scotland, Ireland and Wales.
To allow maximum engagement of learners group size will be restricted so don’t delay in booking!

• The B Test Care and Lunge Test must be held before entering the AH Test.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
