What’s on offer: Shoot training – Phil Jenkins, NSRA GB Target Shooting Federation Primary Coach will be leading targeted training depending on your ability and experience along with RCOs Andrew Reid and Phil Bousfield. Run training – Fitness and race skills with Milton Keynes Running Coach Jim Bennett. Pilates – Physio-led Pilates to strengthen the whole body and upgrade your riding, with Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI Pilates Instructor Megan Rees BSc (Hons). Sports Psychology – Fun and engaging session with Petros Spiliopoulos MSc on how to improve performance, confidence & attention. Swimming – Competitive training for competent swimmers with Bicester Blue Fins Head Coach, Craig Oliver. We will also be assessing for the SE Competitive Start Award for those who wish to be accredited – please see this link for more information. For any nervous swimmers, please highlight on the form and we will tailor the session accordingly. For Beanies, we will allow buoyancy aids. All swimmers MUST be able to be safe in the pool WITHOUT adults next to them. Beanbag – For those aged under 8, we will run a fun bean bag training session. If you are turning 8 this year, we recommend you join as a Tadpole and join the Shoot training sessions instead. Riding – Fun, active (unmounted) session discussing what you can expect in the Tetrathlon Riding phase.
All children must have an allocated adult with them for the duration of the day, if parents can’t be there, please discuss with your Tetrathlon Team Manager. NO DOGS PLEASE.
The Really Awesome Coffee van will be onsite selling hot and cold refreshments.

Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Health and Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.
