Refund, Withdrawals & Entry Changes

No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entry information
IMPORTANT : ANYONE under 18yrs MUST NOT CARRY GUNS, unless supervised by an adult over 21
Dive Certificates to be uploaded onto the entry form and wristbands will be handed out on the day, if no certificate is uploaded then the competitor will have to start in the water.
Beanies WILL be allowed to use swim aids IF absolutely necessary
Prizes to winning teams and individuals.
Rosettes to 6th place for individuals in all classes.
Prize for all Beanie competitors
Team Competition: mixed gender teams in each age group, rosettes to 3rd place

Terms and Conditions
The judges decisions in all phases are final
All competitors must be current members of The Pony Club
Any competitor wishing to dive in the swim must hold and upload on the entry form the appropriate diving certificate
Objections: All queries should be taken up with the event steward at the time and no more than 20 minutes after the scores are posted. Objections to be made by the team manager.
Photographic rights: Competitors and their guardians give permission for any photographic and/or film footage taken of persons taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of The Pony Club and/or official sponsors of The Pony Club.
Legal liability: Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event of The Pony Club nor any person acting on their behalf, accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury, or illness to competitors, spectators, or any other persons or property whatsoever.
Health & safety: The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials & stewards.
