About this Event

A friendly Mini Mounted Games weekend aimed at all abilities. Two days of training, one night of camping, Sunday competition. Open to all PC members under aged 12 1st January 2024.

General information for the day:

STRICTLY NO DOGS are permitted at this event. Please make an alternative arrangement for your pet as you will be turned away if your dog is with you. No exceptions to this rule.

Please park where directed on entry to the field.

Please keep the field tidy – take your rubbish and hay home with you – droppings can be

popped well into the hedge but please do not leave in the field.

Photographic Rights – by entering this competition, competitors and their guardians give

permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons taking part this

event to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press

information or advertising by or on behalf of The Pony Club and/or official sponsors of The

Pony Club. If this is not acceptable, please let the events secretary know in advance.

Health & Safety – Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

Legal Liability – Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the

organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this

event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the

landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to

horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other

person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.

All riders and their helpers are expected to show sportsmanship behaviour while on the

showground.

The organisers reserve the right to alter the programme as deemed necessary and according to entries.

Parking and riding in designated areas only.

Riding hats must be worn and fastened at all times when riding.

Vaccinations are up to date and correct – incorrect information could cause disqualification at a later date.
