No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

GENERAL RULES
- The competition will be run in accordance with the Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2025.
- No pony may compete in more than 3 classes.
- The decision of the judges shall be final
- Objections and Protests please see PC SJ Rulebook 2025
- No Refunds will be given after closing date
- Abuse of the horse, bad language or behaviour will not be tolerated and will risk elimination
- No horse or pony under the age of 5 years old may compete.
- Ponies/Horses Competing may only be ridden by their competitor, on the day, at the venue.
- The lunging or riding of horses/ponies is not permitted.
- Absolutely NO DOGS allowed on site.
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel and/or amend any of the classes as they see fit or to alter advertised times or refuse entry without stating reason.

Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other personal property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
2. The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
3. All non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third-party cover. The Worcestershire Hunt Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members and their insurance will not cover you.
