Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Secretary tiekens@hotmail.co.uk
Refunds
No Refunds after the withdrawal date will be made without a Doctor’s or Vet’s certificate produced no later than 24 hours after the event. If produced after this no refunds will be given. Before this date full refunds to be given.
Event Cancelled by Organiser
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Entry information
Entries: All entries must be made online using www.horse-events.co.uk Pony Club membership numbers and Branch/Centre names are needed to enter a qualifying class – the DC or SJ Team organiser should validate entries before entering. Horse and rider changes class changes or withdrawals before the closing date can be made online by logging into your Horse Events account and editing your entry in your account under EDIT ENTRY.
IF YOU HAVE ANY DIFFICULTIES ENTERING ONLINE PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT HORSE-EVENTS All entries are subject to a non-refundable booking fee as stated online.
Substitutions: After the closing date substitutions may only be made as per the PC Show Jumping Rules 2024. Please email any changes after the closing date to western@pcuk.org
Withdrawals & Refunds: Full refunds will be given up until the closing date of the competition Monday 24th June 2024. After the closing date no refunds will be made without a Doctor’s or Vet’s certificate produced no later than 24 hours after the event. If produced after this no refunds will be given. In the event of cancellation, full refund less the booking fee and £1 admin cost. All entries subject to a non-refundable booking fee.
Entry to be run in accordance with Pony Club Show jumping Rules 2024 Please ensure your members comply with current eligibility, hat tagging, body protector and have a responsible adult present.
• Please print your own paper numbers and these must always be visible when mounted.
• Late entries may be accepted at the organiser’s discretion.
• Queries may only be raised via the Secretary/Organiser by the DC or their appointee. Protests / objections will be managed as per Rule 41 (Show Jumping Rule Book).
• Combination of horse and rider can compete at two adjacent levels apart from PC80 and PC90 ie. combinations can compete at PC70 & PC80, PC90& PC100 or PC100 & PC110.
No horse or pony may compete in more than 2 classes
Eligibilty
Eligibility: All eligibility is stated here: as per PC Show Jumping rulebook 2024
Combination of horse and rider can compete at two adjacent levels of the same sport at the Area Competition or at the Championships, apart from PC80 and PC90 ie. combinations can compete at PC70 & PC80, PC90& PC100 or PC100 & PC110. No horse or pony may compete in more than 2 classes.
Vaccination Policy
•A valid passport and vaccination record must accompany the horse/pony to this event and must be available for inspection if required by event officials. Prizes & Prize Giving
Tack and Turnout: There will be an individual and team turnout completion for all qualifying classes, run in accordance with the Show jumping Rulebook 2024.
Horsemanship Award: This will be run for riders competing in PC100 and PC110 classes and run in accordance with the Show Jumping Rulebook 2024.
Prizes Mounted presentation
Rosettes to 6th place individuals, and 6 place for teams.
Terms and Conditions
Health & Safety: Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. Legal Liability:
Legal Liability: Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
• Photographic Rights – competitors and their parents/guardians have given permission for any photographic and/or film or TV footage taken of persons or horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of the Pony Club and/or Official Sponsors of the Pony Club.
