No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Vaccination Policy
EQUINE INFLUENZA VACCINATIONS – all horses/ponies must have received a minimum of 2 primary vaccinations. Subsequent boosters must have been given within the last 12 MONTHS and not within 6 days of the show. ALL PASSPORTS to be brought to secretary for checking PRIOR TO UNLOADING.
