Open to Pony Club members and non member – Dressage (Intro A – Can be called), Show Jumping up to 30cm, Cross Country up to 30cm. Riders may be assisted

Open to Pony Club members and non member – Dressage (Intro A – Can be called ), Show Jumping up to 40cm, Cross Country up to 40cm.
Open to Pony Club Members and Non Members. Each rider completes a Dressage Test, Show Jumping – Rider 1 jumps 1-6, passes the whip to Rider 2 to complete the course. Cross Country includes dress fences
Open to Pony Club members and non member – Dressage (Intro A), Show Jumping up to 60cm, Cross Country up to 60cm.
Open to Pony Club members and non member – Dressage (Intro A), Show Jumping up to 70cm, Cross Country up to 70cm.
Open to Pony Club members and non member – Dressage (Intro A), Show Jumping up to 50cm, Cross Country up to 50cm.

Full refund up until withdrawal date, after withdrawal date refund only if replaced from the wait list.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

• Run under Pony Club rules. Please make sure you have read the 2024 rule book.
• Children must be supervised, at all times.
• All dogs must be kept on leads, at all times.
• All horses/ponies must be up to date with vaccinations. Spot checks may be carried out.
• A pony may only be ridden in a maximum two classes.
• Any combination of horse and rider may not compete where the height is 30cm lower than that at which they have previously competed.
• Any combination of horse and rider may not compete in the 30cm assisted class where they have previously won at that height
• Number bibs to be worn with your pre-printed numbers clearly displayed.
• The judge’s decision is final. Any objections must be made to the secretary in writing at the time of the incident or at least within 30 minutes of results being posted, by the DC of the club or appointed representative along with a deposit of £25 which will be refunded if the complaint is upheld.
• Please take home all rubbish and horse droppings from car park.
• First Aid in attendance.

• Further, any delegate(s) you are booking onto the Event or will be attending in any capacity, you are confirming that you have the authority to bind all individuals(s) to these terms and conditions and are accepting that you are their agent.
• By submitting your booking request, you are offering to enter into a contract for attendance at the Event
• We reserve the right to reject any booking request we receive
• I agree I have paid / will pay in full the fee due as per the booking prior to the event. I accept non-payment prior to the event may result in my entry being declined
• Any refunds due to an error on my part are subject to an administration charge of £10.00
• Any typographical, clerical or other similar accidental error or omission made by us in respect of your booking shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
• Copyright and all other intellectual property rights shall remain the property of The Pony Club. You agree not to reproduce, sell, hire or copy any materials (in whole or in part) and not to use such materials except for reference.
• I confirm I accept it is acceptable for the event photographers for use images in future publicity and marketing materials for the promotion of the organisation.
• Events are subject to cancellation or rescheduling at our discretion.
• The Pony Club shall not be liable for any additional loss or damage resulting from such cancellation or changes.
• We reserve the right to cancel, suspend or vary the operation of our contract with you if events occur which are outside of our reasonable control and we shall not be responsible for any breach of contract, nor for any loss or damage, resulting from such an event.
