In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded in full minus any booking fees

Before the closing date please login to your Horse Events Account and cancel your entry. If a refund is due this will be processed automatically. To withdraw after the closing date please contact the event Secretary rosiethornton@mac.com

Please review all the information you have submitted in respect of your booking.

By submitting a booking request, you confirm that all the information you submit is accurate, true and complete.

Further, any delegate(s) you are booking onto the Event or will be attending in any capacity, you are confirming that you have the authority to bind all individuals(s) to these terms and conditions and are accepting that you are their agent.

By submitting your booking request, you are offering to enter into a contract for attendance at the Event

We reserve the right to reject any booking request we receive

I agree I have paid / will pay in full the fee due as per the booking prior to the event. I accept non-payment prior to the event may result in my entry being declined

Copyright and all other intellectual property rights shall remain the property of The Pony Club. You agree not to reproduce, sell, hire or copy any materials (in whole or in part) and not to use such materials except for reference. •

I confirm I accept it is acceptable to photograph/film its events for use in future publicity and marketing materials for the promotion of the organisation.

I agree to abide by The Pony Club’s Code of conduct policy, I accept this may change from time to time and will abide by the latest version that is in effect at the time of the event.
