Entries are only accepted on this basis. The Organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present at this event. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid & prevent accidents. They must obey the instructions of the Organiser & all Officials & Stewards. All non-Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance & must have their own third-party cover. The Pony Club & the organisers of this event are not legally responsible for non-Members & their insurance will not
cover you.
WIN A WEST HANTS THERMATEX RUG
We will be running an accumulator for our winter series. A prize will be awarded to the Junior Rider (U16 1st Jan ’24) and to the Senior Rider (+16 1st Jan ’24) with the highest points across the series. All classes are included and points can be collected from any and all combinations that are entered.
1st – 12 points
2nd – 10 points
3rd – 8 points
4th – 6 points
5th – 4 points
6th – 2 points
We will update each riders points after each competition.
Rosettes will be given for places 1 – 6 and prizes awarded at each show.

All held at Parley Equestrian Centre
- Run under Pony Club rules. Please make sure you have read the 2024 rule book.
- Children must be supervised, at all times.
- All dogs must be kept on leads, at all times.
- All horses/ponies must be up to date with vaccinations. Spot checks may be carried out.
- A pony may only be ridden in three classes.
- Any combination of horse and rider may not compete where the height is 30cm lower than that at which they have previously competed..
- Number bibs to be worn with your pre-printed numbers clearly displayed.
- The judge’s decision is final. Any objections must be made to the secretary in writing at the time of the incident or at least within 30 minutes of results being posted, by the DC of the club or appointed representative along with a deposit of £25 which will be refunded if the complaint is upheld.
- Please take home all horse droppings from car park.
- First Aid in attendance.
