Health & Safety
Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards. There will NOT be a vet or doctor on site.
Photographic Rights
All riders will be photographed and images will be displayed on website to be confirmed. If there are any exceptional reasons why you may not be photographed, please contact the organiser.
Terms and Conditions
Save for the death or personal injury caused by negligence of the organisers or anyone whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or St Andrew’s Church, West Chelborough or any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
Please remember to be respectful of other riders, if passing other riders please ensure you do so at a walk, leaving plenty of room.
Please stick to the clearly marked route at all times.
Please do not bring dogs with you riding, if your support team are bringing dogs, please make sure that they are on leads at all times.
All riders under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
