No Refunds after the withdrawal date for whatever reason. Before this date full refunds to be given.
In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £3.00 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of this event or The Pony Club nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
All non-members competing at a Pony Club organised event, should have their own Third Party Liability Insurance.

Rosettes to 6th place for Team & Individual/s in PC Classes. Rosettes to 6th place for Individuals in Open Showjumping and Dressage Classes. Dismounted prizegiving shortly following each class in the Secretary area. A Best Turned Out prize in each Pony Club members only class.

Health & Safety
Organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards.
First Aid cover on site.
Rules for PC Showjumping:
1. All classes will be judged under the Pony Club Show Jumping Rules 2025 https://pcuk.org/showjumping/
2. Teams to consist of four or three Competitors, must be from the same class & are not be mixed
3. Rider and horse/pony combinations may not enter the same class in two teams or twice in the same team & neither may the pony/horse
4. Teams will be able to jump 2 rounds (even if eliminated in the first round) and whole team jumps one rider after another in both rounds
5. Both rounds to be jumped in the same arena
6. First Round – the whole team to jump in succession. Best 3 scores to count
7. All competitors who go clear in 1st round become eligible for individual placings, adding their score to their second round score
8. Second Timed Round – the whole team will jump in succession. Best 3 scores count
9. The total of the best three scores to count in each round. That total is carried forward to the second round. The highest score is discarded in each round and may or may not be the scores of the same competitor
10. Individuals will jump following the teams in the first round
11. Individuals will jump second round in the same order as the first round
12. Individual rider and horse/pony combination may not also compete in the team
13. The judges decision is final
