In the unfortunate situation of the event having to cancel all entries will be refunded per class minus an admin fee of £1.50 (Booking fees are non refundable)

Entry Conditions
RULES AND CONDITIONS
We are guests of the landowners and farmers and owe them a huge thanks for their hospitality. Our Summer Ride starts and finishes in Eastcourt, where there is hot and cold refreshments available in our “The VWH Nosebag”, as well as toilet facilities. There is also ample suitable parking for horse boxes. The route covers approximately 10 km of varied terrain with an optional short cut that reduces the course by around 3km. There is also the option for lorry or trailer collection at the halfway point at Allspheres Farm.
The course offers aprox 50 optional jumps to suit all ages and abilities. We run over 2 days, limiting numbers through online time booking, this will ensure you can take your time, distance yourselves and enjoy your own space throughout the ride.
By attending the VWH Summer Fun Ride attendees acknowledge and agree that although the V.W.H Hunt has taken every foreseeable precaution it is a risk activity with unpredictable animals, situations and people.
All participants must book online in advance, entries will not be taken on the day, entries will close 24 hours before the event.
You will be required to follow our Marshals’ guidance whilst on site and maintain distancing and hygiene measures that we have put in place for your safety.
You must have at least 3rd Party Liability insurance which covers you for riding, it should be at least £2m. If you are a member of the Countryside Alliance Equine you will be adequately covered.
VWH Fun Rides has completes and updates a full RIDOR Risk Assessment and has insurance, both can be seen by emailing funrides@vwh-hunt.co.uk

VWH SUMMER RIDE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conditions of Entry
· Booking Horse entry numbers are limited so all bookings must be made online in advance with full payment due at the time of booking. Bookings may be transferred to a future event, subject to availability.
· Cancellation and Refunds. Cancellation maybe made up to 24 hrs before the event, this can be done by selection from your booking confirmation email https://form.jotform.com/VWH_AB/vwh-fun-ride-cancellations
· Last minute cancellation can only be made on production of a valid veterinary or doctor’s certificate. Refunds will be subject to an admin fee of £2.50 transfers are free.
